Refund policy

Guidelines regarding returns:

Buyer has 14 days from the time of package(s) arrival. This will be based off of the actual timestamp marking parcel(s) delivery time through postal carrier.

The package and item(s) must be in the exact same condition that they were at the time of shipping.

IF for any reason this is not possible, due to a parcel getting damaged during shipping. This will then be handled as an insurance claim. 

Buyer must contact seller with detailed photos of items showing any damages. Along with a description of any said issues/damages.

Any items requested for returns MUST be in the exact same condition as it was at time of sale.

Exchanges can only be made for other item(s) of an equal value. This does not include any further shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping carrier fees.
